| It's hard to let go of something you get used to for so many years now. But like everyone else, I feel the need to grow up and move- on. Today, I am embarking on another journey of my life as a 20- year- old. I am starting over with a new blog, in context I am sure and comfortable with. I am moving my thoughts to a new home. :)

when I thought I am having a great time, I read something about you. I
became worried. I should have not checked my LiveJournal. I should not
have. :'(

After going out non- stop this week, I've decided to stay at home today, for a change.
Days
ago, one my High School friends, who I terribly miss asked me if I can
go out today. Although I do not have anything planned today, I felt
that I needed to rest, stay, and catch up to whatever I miss here at
home. Although in reality, I think I spent most of the time here at
home this vacation, it's really rare that I'd be home alone this
vacation.
Feeling the coldness of the temperature, I was
trying to get some more sleep and wake up beyond my usual wake- up time
which is 8:30a.m. But then, my dad went to my room and woke me up.
Groggy and still sleepy, I went down and helped mom in the kitchen. My
dad who is a workaholic opted to go to his clinic (with my mom) and
meet all his appointments. My brother, went out with his friends to
watch a movie. I, with butt in a sturdy chair, re- read all my paper
and waited the drive to make a paper for several hours now. I try not
to fall asleep despite how the temperature can make you really sleepy
so I opened my iTunes and played random songs in my Music playlist.
Listening
to my iTunes, I found out that there are a lot of music in my list that
I never get to play because I always had this default list to play
whenever I open my player. Most of these songs are part of some
compilation or albums I had downloaded months, probably years ago and
just decided to put them in my iTunes because I am so lazy to sort
songs out of the albums/ compilations.
My Grey's Anatomy
compilations (Seasons 1 and 2 OST) had great songs in them. Some songs
sent to me for listening that I haven't really listened to were awesome
as well. Some songs from an artist that I really do not like has some
good tunes also. It was good music the whole day. These songs that I
was thinking of deleting from my list (de- clutter of some sort), would
put me in a good mood all day.
Who would have thought that
some things we take for granted are so good and that we'd let them pass
because we like doing the things we're used to. Afraid of the changes,
we'd rather do things the usual way because we think it's better. But
what if there's something far better than what we have, but we're just
afraid to let it get through?
This 2009, I will push my limits and think beyond what I have. There could be something else for me this year, I can feel it.
First of is adding few of the tunes I listened to today in my iPod. :)
